From our long experience of heart rate monitor products we can say with some confidence that over 80% of "failures" can be resolved over the phone. Please call ASSIST (Timex UK importer) on 0845 838 7573 before proceeeding to send any item back to us at BHIP Ltd.
- All Timex heart rate
monitors come with either a 12 month or 2 year warranty, depending
on product.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Defective items should
be returned to BHIP ltd with proof of purchase (WorldPay transaction
ID)
- Warranty does not cover
battery life
Warranty does not cover water damage
if buttons operated underwater
This does not affect your statutory rights
