Timex Ironman Race Trainer HRM boasts a 10-workout log, a 5-segment variable intensity interval timer, 50-lap memory with average heart rate per lap, and chronograph or interval workout review that provides average/peak heart rate, time spent in target heart rate zone and calories burned.
If you have used a Timex before, you may have been a bit frustrated with the need to use a separate DATA RECORDER, not anymore. The new Timex Race Trainer units STORE the heart rate data in the watch. All you need to download the training data from the Timex Race Trainer is the Timex Data Xchanger.
