• TIMEX 5C361 and 5C351 Digital Heart Rate Monitor Features
  
• Target heart rate zone with optional alarms. Before the session, the user can select their "intensity" from one of 5 training zones, approx 55, 65, 75, 85, 95% effort.
  
• 5 target zones based on max heart rate with 1 x manual zone, allowing you to be more specific with your heart rate intensity
  
• Recovery rate timer. Times heart beats recovered over 1 or 2 minutes. This is a great indicator of improving fitness.
  
• Calories burned. An accurate and consistent calorie counting calculator based on actual exercising heart rate. This is particularly useful if your training session is segmented with intervals, rests, swapping from one piece of equipment to another etc. It allows simple comparison of effort / intensity from one session to the next.
• Recall of maximum and average heart rate per session.
• Recall of time spent within active heart rate zone per session
  
• 100-hour chronograph - complete single seconds only - no 1/10 or 1/100ths of second. Also, there are no laps or splits. If you are interested in laps and splits, please see the Timex 5C411 or the female / youth Timex 59761 Ironman heart rate monitors
• Single event countdown timer - when used this disables the stopwatch. This feature allows the user to set a countdown timer, for example, 15 minutes. The watch display will count down until ZERO is reached. At this point it will alarm informing the user the time limit has been met.
