This the second version of the very popular Suunto T1 Coded. The NEW Suunto T1C has one big advantages over the older T1 coded.
1) The new Suunto T1C comes with a VERY COMFORTABLE heart rate belt... this new belt has the electrodes built in to the SOFT flexible part of the strap. It is only the very small central section that is rigid, and that sits over the sternum very discretely. This is a VAST improvement on the older style heart rate straps.

What's the difference between the T1 Coded and this new T1C ? The Suunto T1C has the same functionality as the previous Suunto T1 coded. The new Suunto T1C has one main differences over the older T1. It has a NEW Suunto COMFORT HRM strap (noticeably more comfortable for women).

This Suunto T1C CODED is a great unit for the heart rate monitor user who operates from an area / environment where CROSSTALK is going to be an issue. These models are more resistant to interference - however, please note, this means they will NOT interface with most popular CV equipment like Technogym and Lifefitness. Not a massive problem in most cases, you've got everything you need on your wrist...
