The BHIP strapless heart rate monitor is unlike most strapless heart rate monitors. To obtain a heart rate reading, all the user needs to do is place their fingers on the metal our casing for 5 to 6 seconds and the watch will provide an ECG accurate heart rate reading. Most other strapless HRM have a specific BUTTON that needs to be held down.
