CefarCompex EMS TENS rental

We are pleased to offer a service of short term rental on certain Compex - Cefar EMS units

Please complete a RENTAL AGREEMENT form from the links below:

2 week EMS rental agreement form : 5 week EMS rental agreement form

EMS unit rental cost is £60 for a 2 week rental - or - £100 for 5 weeks

if you subsequently buy a unit from us - we will FULLY REFUND this rental payment

Unit rented is the Compex Top Fitness EMS

COMPLETION of RENTAL AGREEMENT
only to be used after signing a returning our rental agreement form (above)

Pay now for 2 weeks rental of the Compex Top Fitness - price includes a single set of 4 x small and 2 x large pads, enough for most appications. The pads remain your property as we do not re-use pads for obvious hygiene reasons

The return of the unit is the responsibility of the customer and we strongly recommend the use of Royal Mail SPECIAL DELIVERY or similar

The 2 week period is from day of receipt by customer. The customer then has 2 weeks to trial the unit. If the unit is returned damaged or lost, without proper postal insurance, BHIP Ltd have the right to charge the full amount for replacement.
