This is a great heart rate monitor for the user that wishes to train
in more than 1 zone in a single session. Simple to move from Z1-Z2-Z3
allowing the user to increase or decrease the effort. Good heart rate
feedback at the end of the session, plus realtime scan function giving
: max HR, min HR and average HR so far. Very good, easy to use sports
heart rate monitor.
These
models are HR compatible with most popular makes of gym equipment.
IF the equipment says "Polar Compatible" or similar, these
will interface with them..

Place 2 fingers from the hand that is wearing the monitor to feel
your pulse points on your neck, below your ear. Each time you feel
the beat of your heart tap the Lap/Spl/Set key with your opposite
hand for 4 to 8 beats Heart rate is calculated and displayed
