The Smarthealth Pulse monitor is a finger touch heart rate monitor. It will provide an ECG
accurate heart rate reading within 5 - 7 seconds of placing your fingers
on the two silver sensors. If you keep your fingers on the sensors, it will REFRESH the heart rate every 2 or 3 seconds - a feature not found on many more expensive models!
