Polar Personal Trainer is an online service that provides the user, FREE OF CHARGE, with access to FITNESS TRAINING PROGRAMS (inlcuding race training), STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS, FITNESS TESTS and much more.
Data is uploaded / downloaded between polarpersonaltrainer.com and Polar FA20 - FT40 - FT60, CS500, RS300CX and FT80 using Polar WebSynch software (downloaded from Polar.fi) and the Polar FlowLink USB device. All the user needs to do is DROP the WATCH unit in the FlowLink base station - WebSynch will detect the unit and AUTOMATICALLY connect to the online service and upload / download any new data - it really is VERY EASY

This is a new feature and gives the user sensible training load advice. It is available on any model that can download to the polarpersonaltrainer.com website
