WARRANTY

  • All products come with an International 2 year manufacturers warranty on wrist units and chest transmitter bands
    • Defective items should be returned to Polar UK Ltd,as detailed below
    (this is the authorised return process of Polar UK Ltd. Polar UK Ltd do NOT consent to any of their dealers making repair / warranty themselves. All warranty claims MUST go through Polar UK Ltd)
  • Warranty does not cover water damage if buttons operated underwater
  • Customers are advised to return the warranty card to the manufacturer
  • Please complete a copy of the POLAR SERVICE REQUEST FORM found here
  • Proof of purchase is required

    • This does not affect your statutory rights
  • BHIP Ltd will consent to make a direct replacement for any unit that is "dead on arrival". If this is the case please use this form : RETURN FORM (Dead on Arrival units only). Otherwise, please adhere to the procedure above. Thank you.
