The Polar S120 Heart Rate Monitor is a personalized and stylish training tool for the runners who value practicality and competence. Goal-oriented running training consists of versatile but carefully planned exercises that lead the athlete to the best results. The Polar S120 Heart Monitor includes all sports watch features like flexible CountDown and CountUp timers only behind one button.

Training is about overcoming athlete's own limits, and therefore, the Polar S120 as a basic training tool has several personalized features including Exercise Set for individual training settings and File for tracking the performance after the training session. UpLink, an easy computer connection, enables you to download sample exercise sets and monitor icons. You may also buy the product with an optional bike mount.

Site owners comments BHIP Ltd - © 2007. The S120 is a great HRM if you do not have to worry about crosstalk. If you are generally more than 1m away from other exercisers, you will probably be fine. The S120 has a good stopwatch, with laps and splits, with 3 x HR training zones and 3 x countdown timers allowing you to pre-programme an interval session. This is an excellent value HRM for the serious athlete with performance requirements (timer, intervals etc)

• Exercise Set (allows up to 3 x pre - programmed count down timers with 3 x different heart rate zones, very good for structuring a workout / exercise session) An example would be 10 mins warm up (in HR zone 120-145 bpm) 30 mins activity( in HR zone 145-160 bpm) and 8 mins cool down (between 120-135 bpm)
