These new units
are dedicated cyclo-computers and not designed to be wrist worn.
They are NOT compatible
with older Polar speed sensors or cadence sensors.
The
Polar CS200 and CS200cad range of cyclists heart rate monitors can be
"Polar Weblinked" to the Polar Cycling Coach website.

OwnCal - calorie expenditure
- Polar
OwnZone - automatic calculation of training zone intensity
with audible and visual alarms - The Polar CS200 allows you to let
the heart rate monitor set your training zone for you. This is generally
about 65-85% of Max HR. The training zone is determined by the watch
following a 5 minute walking / jogging test. You may choose to accept
this zone or use your own manually prescribed one or your own personally
set heart rate training zone

Cadence providing accurate pedal revs per minute. This is an optional
extra on the CS200 but comes complete with the CS200cad.

The next model
down is the CS100(b). This does not have the 7 day training memory (just
1 day), it also does not have kcal/hr cycling intensity and comes with
the Polar T31 coded (sealed) transmitter.
The next model
up is the Polar CS300.
The Polar CS300 is a more traditional wrist mounted unit that can be
handlebar mounted if required.
