computer. These new Polar HRM models have been specifically designed with
cyclists needs in mind. Quick glance display for ETA, HR, Speed pointer
and crosstalk prevention to avoid unwanted interference. Wireless speed

These new units
are dedicated cyclo-computers and not designed to be wrist worn.
They are NOT compatible
with older Polar speed sensors or cadence sensors.

the heart rate monitor set your training zone for you. This is generally
about 65-85% of Max HR. The training zone is determined by the watch

this zone or use your own manually prescribed one or your own personally
set heart rate training zone.
