Heart Rate Monitor with a vibrating heart zone alarm feature. These
units are HR compatible with most popular makes of CV gym equipment.
The Oregon Scientific SE211 heart rate monitor allows the user to
enter age, sex, weight, height and activity level. The "SMART Trainer"
programme will then provide sensible HR limits for the user, with
a 5 min warm up and 30 min exercise. The user can change any of these
parameters if they wish to use their own figures.
These heart rate monitors also give an indication of calories burnt,
how many calories are coming from burning fat, % of time spent in
selected zone and average heart rate.
SPECIAL FEATURES
: Vibration alarm and dual transmission technology
- Heart rate
monitor with SMART Trainer program - this is a programme
that helps the user to optimize their heart rate training zone based
on age, sex, weight, height and activity level. It provides a period
of warmup up in a lower heart rate zone, followed by a period of
exercise at a moderate - high trainin intensity. This function may
be disabled if not required.

heart rate reading real-time as well as current heart rate
