NIKE Triax C6 HRM functionality

• Time of Day
• Day/date
• Daily alarm
• Water resistant to 50m
• Continuous Heart Rate
• 4 x Heart Rate Zones (the unit will alarm when you move from one zone to another, and shows you, real time, what zone you are currently in, i.e. Z1, Z2, Z3 or Z4)
• Target zone alarm (audible and visual)
• Graphical representation of heart rate over a 1 hour period
• Real time calories burnt (with acculmulated calories burnt per session in memory recall)
• Recalls, exercise time, time in each zone and total calories burnt per session
• PERSONAL ZONE TEST: a 15 minute self test that determines your personalised target heart zones (can be overidden). This simple test prompts you to exercise easy for 5 mins, then medium for 5 mins, then hard for 3 mins. It uses this data to set your 4 x HR zones.
