The Nike C10 Heart
rate monitor is the ideal HRM for someone who wants a serious stopwatch,
with laps and splits, plus a countdown timer (5 segments for multiple
session interval timing, i.e warm up, effort, rest, effort, cool down).
This unit has ALL the essential heart rate monitoring features, including
Heart Rate Training zone alarm, plus the normal high quality design

Nike C10 digital Pulse monitor functionality:
- Time of Day with 2
x time zones
- Day/date
- Daily alarm
- Water resistant to 50m
- 1 x Heart Rate Zones
(manually set)
- Run mode -exercise timer
(chronograph) for timing exercise duration. This is a dedicated
stopwatch and can be viewed at the same time as Heart Rate. It has
a 99 lap memory for split times / lap timing

function allows the user to set what they see for each mode. There
are 2 lines of view, PRIMARY and SECONDARY (top and bottom). The
user may choose between TOTAL Training Time, LAP Time, HEART RATE,
TIME of DAY as PRIMARY and any of these as the SECONDARY, eg. HEART
RATE on top line and LAP TIME on bottom line
- DATA RECALL: Nike
C10 recalls: exercise time, time in zone, above zone and below
zone, total average heart rate, average lap time. Also recalls (when
used in CHRONO mode) Best lap, Lap 1 time,
Average HR per Lap 1, Total Time at end of Lap 1, Lap
2 time, Average HR per Lap 2, Total Time at end of Lap 2....
until Lap 100.
- 5 x either time
based or heart rate based INTERVAL segments, great for easy
/ hard sessions. The segments repeats at end. A time based session
may be: 10 mins, 5 mins, 2 mins, 1 mins, 5 mins. Or a heart rate
interval session may be : 1st segment end when HR = 160, 2nd segment
end when HR = 120 (recovery) 3rd Segment end when HR = 165, 4th
Segment end when HR = 120 (recovery) etc.
