We can only uphold a warranty to the customer who originally bought the item, or to a customer who can produce the original e-receipt / WorldPay transaction ID. We can only send warranty replacements / returns to addresses in the UK.

We cannot accept items returned to us from overseas - non UK addresses, nor can we accept duty charges, or similar, levied upon as as the result of a returned item. In such cases, we will refuse to sign for the returned item and request it is returned to sender.

Generally, if an item fails WITHIN the first 28 days of ownership, it should be returned to us directly. If the failure is OUTSIDE of 28 days, then most brands are returned to the UK manufacturer for repair / replacement under their returns schemes below. Please check with the relevant manufacturer below. This does NOT affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE, WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER BATTERY LIFE (except on Polar sealed units)


If it is an "Out of Box Failure" (from ANY supplier), i.e faulty upon receipt, first use, etc, we will send you a direct replacement upon receipt of faulty unit. We can provide an SAE for the return of the faulty item (or refund postage). In cases of "out of box failure, DOA" please use this form : Dead On Arrival FORM - click here

FOR ALL OTHER WARRANTY ISSUES : If a unit goes faulty during the warranty period we ask that you follow the return procedure from the link above

IMPORTANT NOTE regarding faulty items : Please note, when an item exhibits a fault, our obligation to the customer is to have the faulty component repaired / replaced by the manufacturer under warranty. In extreme cases, this may take up to 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot swap the unit for an alternative, offer an upgrade or make a refund. This is part of our terms and conditions
