The patented technology
of Insta-Pulse ® Heart Rate Monitors don't require any cumbersome
attachments. It allows you to monitor your heart rate by simply holding
it in your hands during jogging or when using fitness machines. It
normally only takes between 3 - 5 seconds to get a steady heart rate.
This heart rate display is then continuously refreshed for the time
that the user keeps hold of the sensors.

The Insta-Pulse
® Heart Rate Monitor Model 107 has incorporated state-of-the-art
technology to give it a compact size. It is a convenient pocket model
for carrying with you wherever you go. The 105 is slightly larger, but still very much a portable device, about 9" (23cm) long.
Insta-Pulse®
Heart Rate Monitors are water and shock resistant (great for
swimming clubs and coaches, but MUST NOT be submersed), with a durable
polycarbonate plastic shell. They operate on a standard 9-volt battery
and come with a handsome storage case. We recommend the 105 for SWIMMING CLUBS as it has better water resistancy.
