The Ciclosport Easy Touch strapless heart rate monitor - pulse watch is great for the casual exerciser, walker, power walker, swimmer **, home exerciser on exercise bike etc. By holding the sensors on the front of the watch for about 7 seconds the user will see their heart rate - pulse rate. The heart rate displayed will refresh for as long as the user keeps their fingers on the sensors. The CicloSport Easy Touch will keep the last 20 heart rate readings in memory with a time and date stamp, great for post exercise review.
