The Ultima will allow you to record up to 80 hours history in 6 files. It also has a powerful 100 hour chronograph with 99 lap memory, including split time and average heart rate. The Ultima has 2 active HR zones, allowing you to warm up and cool down in one zone and exercise in the other. Combine this with an interval timer that allows 30 intervals with either heart rate, or time based recovery, and you have a top of the range HRM that will exceed most peoples requirments.
