sized monitor provides the user with a peronal indication of calories
burnt per session. This heart rate monitor has a single heart
rate zone with a good memory recall. A very useful funtion of this
monitor is the scan facility which "scrolls" through maximum,
average and minimum heart rate per session. This
unit, as with all CardioSport monitors, is compatible with most popular
gym equipment.
What really impressed
us with the CardioSport Go 30 heart monitor is the manually programmable
heart rate recovery zone. This times how long it takes you
to recover from a pre-selected heart rate to a pre-selected recovery
rate, eg. from 165 to 120. This figure, when performed over a period
of time, should give you an indication if your getting fitter, and
recovering faster.
