What really impressed
us with this unit is the manually programmable heart rate recovery zone. This times how long it takes you to recover from a pre-selected
heart rate to a pre-selected recovery rate, eg. from 165 to 120. This
figure, when performed over a period of time, should give you an indication
if your getting fitter, and recovering faster.
This
unit is 100% digital. It uses System 122 digital transmission. It
cannot be interfered with by any other HRM's and it is far less prone
to interference from electrical devices. It is a very robust transmission
system and very useful in high population gym / training areas where
interference may have been an issue.
