Heart Rate Monitor
Based on the highly
popular BHip 9 heart rate monitor, this new HRM has the added bonus
of giving the user an indication of calories burnt per session. This
model has a single heart rate zone with a good memory recall. A very
useful function of this monitor is the scan facility which "scrolls"
through maximum, average and minimum heart rate per session.
This
unit is compatible with most popular gym equipment.

One
feature that really impressed us with these units is the manually programmable
heart rate recovery zone. This times how long it takes you to
recover from a pre-selected heart rate to a pre-selected recovery rate,
eg. from 165 to 110. This figure, when performed over a period of time,
should give you an indication if your getting fitter, and recovering
faster.
