Teaching - Polar RS800 - Polar RS800SD heart rate monitor

Your Polar RS800 - Polar RS800SD heart rate monitor running computer has been “taught” to work together with the Polar WearLink W.I.N.D. transmitter and s3 stride sensor to measure heart rate, speed/pace, and distance data. In other words, your running computer receives signals from your transmitter and stride sensor only, and enables disturbance-free exercise in a group.

If you purchase a new transmitter or stride sensor, they have to be introduced to the running computer. This is called teaching and takes only a few seconds.

Before entering a running event, make sure to perform the teaching process at home. This is to prevent interference due to the long-range data transmission.
